ABOUT THE SHOW: Dog Birthdays tracks a tumultuous friendship from girlhood to post-grad in three heartfelt scenes. The show starts at age ten, jumps to sixteen, and concludes at twenty-six, as the characters reckon with their relationships to sexuality, religion, and womanhood. As a one-act, the play clocked in at about seventeen minutes and debuted in NYU Tisch's Goldberg Theatre; it had two performances.
